Under App policy you need to visit Data protection and Data transfer where you will get restrict Cut, Copy and paste between apps and can be set as per your requirement. This method quite risky and you need to do at your own risk and check if whether you compromising security or not.

• Manual Update of Microsoft Suite

First you need to close or do not open any Microsoft Application Then simply open Microsoft suite using search box. Then you need to login your Microsoft account using same credentials. Once you log in then simply at top right corner you need to locate three dots and click on that and then simply select download and update button. You can check whether any update is available for not and if any update is available then simply update your Microsoft Suite.
